Every year in August, my family and I travel to Sydney, Australia to visit relatives. Every time we fly to Australia and back to the UK we are all so exhausted as it takes almost 2 days to get there and it’s very hard to try and relax and sleep on the plane (in economy class).

  

But last year I discovered this amazing product, which is called the sleepover kit by This Works. In this kit I have a deep sleep pillow spray and a deep sleep balm. I would spray a bit of the spray on my travelling pillow and it made me relax and it was a lot easier to fall asleep. The balm is not for your lips but for your pulse points, I just dab it on. Both of these items help the kids and I relax and fall asleep, which is very helpful during a 24-hour flight.

The spray can be used on kids over 7 years of age. This product is not only good for travelling but also its very good for using at home. I have bought the 75ml spray bottle and often use it before bed; it relaxes me and helps me fall asleep much faster. The product smells like lavender, and is formulated with calming fusion of lavender, Vetivert and wild camomile essential oil as stated on the box. I love this product and am even looking forward to the plane ride to Australia.

Lucas Papaw Ointment

Lucas Papaw Ointment is made in Australia. It has over 100 years of history and is still proud to be family owned. As it says on the company website the ointment was named after the formulator of the ointment Dr T.P. Lucas.

The main ingredient in Lucas Papaw ointment is Carica Papaya; it is grown in Queensland and is one of the fresh fruits used in the creation of Lucas Papaw. The recipe has not changed in over 100 years. The base of the product is petroleum jelly and wax and DOES NOT contain polyplasdone, polyvinylpyrrolidone, talc, shellac, palm oil, glycerin or sodium lauryl sulphate.

I discovered this product when I had my youngest son; he had a very bad nappy (diaper) rash. I tried various products and nothing seemed to work and then my local chemist (in Sydney, Australia) recommended the Lucas Papaw Ointment. After using the product 3-4 times the nappy rash starting to die down and after a few more uses the rash completely disappeared.

The ointment is not only good for nappy rash but is also good for cuts, burns, cracked lips and rashes all over the body. I currently live in the UK and although my kids are much older now and no longer have nappy rash I will always have this wonderful product in the house, which we all use constantly for all types of things.

You can purchase this product in the UK, however I have not personally used any of the websites listed under the Google search therefore I cannot recommend any, I have always bought the ointment in Australia or have had it brought over with relatives and friends who have come to the UK to visit from Australia.

As it says on the packaging, the serum is best to use in the morning. It’s an anti-aging serum with 5 sources of Vitamin C complex to brighten, firm, reduce lines and wrinkles and prevent future damage.

I have been using this serum for a few months and it leaves my skin feeling healthy, bright and fresh. This serum is absorbed quickly by my skin, and is best to use in the morning when I don’t have much time to get ready.

The only downside in my eyes is I'm not a big fan of its fragrance, however this is only my view and my friends love it. It has an orangey citrus smell.

Mr Kobayashi was committed to making good quality products that truly exceed the expectations of his customers. Rice has been used for its anti ageing properties for centuries.  I use this kit in the evening, after cleaning my face; I apply the serum to it. As the serum is fairly liquidy 2 pumps is enough to massage onto your face.  It is easily absorbed and the smoothing effects are felt almost instantly.  After using the serum I use the eye cream, which is very creamy so you only need a small amount, and follow this by using the moisturising cream.



All 3 products smell divine and are absorbent. This kit is suitable for all types of skin. I have only been using these products for a few weeks and my skin feels better already, glowing and smooth.
