Every year in August, my family and I travel to Sydney, Australia to visit relatives. Every time we fly to Australia and back to the UK we are all so exhausted as it takes almost 2 days to get there and it’s very hard to try and relax and sleep on the plane (in economy class).

  

But last year I discovered this amazing product, which is called the sleepover kit by This Works. In this kit I have a deep sleep pillow spray and a deep sleep balm. I would spray a bit of the spray on my travelling pillow and it made me relax and it was a lot easier to fall asleep. The balm is not for your lips but for your pulse points, I just dab it on. Both of these items help the kids and I relax and fall asleep, which is very helpful during a 24-hour flight.

The spray can be used on kids over 7 years of age. This product is not only good for travelling but also its very good for using at home. I have bought the 75ml spray bottle and often use it before bed; it relaxes me and helps me fall asleep much faster. The product smells like lavender, and is formulated with calming fusion of lavender, Vetivert and wild camomile essential oil as stated on the box. I love this product and am even looking forward to the plane ride to Australia.
