The Body Shop: Spa of the world Dead Sea Salt Scrub.

This product is truly amazing, usually when I get body scrubs I don’t really care how the product looks I usually base my purchases on their smell, but with this scrub its different altogether. First of all the packaging looks luxurious and beautiful, it doesn’t have a very strong smell but its very nice and refreshing. The smell has a very unique effect of leaving you wanting more however its not too strong and you’ll continue to love the smell even after using it time and time again.

The scrub can be used in 2 ways:
1) On dry skin before you get in the shower you put it all over your body and then wash it off in the shower
2) You can also use it in the shower as a normal scrub.

Whichever way I choose to use it, it continuously gives me great results; it exfoliates my skin and leaves it feeling soft and moisturised, usually with salt scrubs my skin feels tight and dry so I normally have to use a body butter or oils straight after the sower however this scrub leaves a thin layer on the skin leaving it feeling smooth and soft.

This sea salt scrub is not very rough at all, it’s very gentle on your skin but it does its job very well and gets rid of dry skin. As it says on The Body Shop website
Dead Sea salt is precious for its high mineral content and its coarse crystals, the perfect texture to reveal fresher-looking skin and stimulate circulation when massaged into skin. Use this invigorating scrub as part of our revitalising ritual when you want your body and mind to feel instantly re-energised

The scrub comes in a large tub and costs £20, but its worth it and it lasts a very long time because a little goes a long way with this scrub. You can purchase it from http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/shop-by-range/spa-of-the-world/spa-of-the-world-dead-sea-salt-scrub.aspx

Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector.

I don’t really wear lipsticks on a daily basis I usually use lip balms or a clear lip-gloss so I decided to try out the Clarins instant lip perfector. I now have 2 of them, the 03 Nude Shimmer and 04 Petal Shimmer. They just give me a hint of colour, its like a lipstick and gloss in one product, its not sticky and feels very good on my lips. It’s very easy to apply, hydrating your lips, which is good for any time of the year. The lip-gloss has lasted me a while so I decided to re-purchase and I would 100% recommend to try it.

It comes in a squeezable tube, with a sponge type lip applicator on the end of the lip-gloss. It’s easy to use on the go and comes in 6 different colours and I think Clarins had some limited editions as well instant lip perfector gives me a very natural look and its hydrates my lips. As it says on the description of the product: A softly textured lip gel, lips looking soft, smooth shiny and plump. Sheer, but has enough colour to wear alone or to compliment your favourite lip shade. It contains Shea butter and wild mango, which repels and softens lips.

I like this product for everyday use to protect my lips from drying and cracking in winter and generally great to use all year around. Once you put it on it stays on your lips for a while. I always keep one of these lip perfectors in my bag. You can purchase it at http://www.boots.com/en/Clarins-Instant-Light-Natural-Lip-Perfector_36455/ at £18 per gloss with 6 different colour options. You can also purchase it at http://www.escentual.com/clarins/clarins-make-up/lip-gloss-and-balm/200245/?gclid=Cj0KEQjwqZKxBRDBkNmLt9DejNgBEiQAq8XWPsaEhMmUxXOeov42lXLFnmEwFPYeLH-MRlZYb76HYIMaApAR8P8HAQ for £15.80.
